365 Day Photography Challenge – Week Four

The following photos are part of the 365 Photography Challenge I’m taking part in. This is week four, 22nd-28th of January 2012.

A little behind in everything, so today I’m posting week four’s lot of photos and week five’s will be going up as per usual tomorrow.

January 22nd: Birthday Leftovers - Cleaning up the birthday flowers left over from my Oma's 90th and the balloons drifted up to the ceiling.

January 23rd: Creepy Bastard - Do you recognise him? During my low spoon times, one of the ways I like to pass the time is by watching DVDs. I don't have the attention span for movies so opt for television series and lately it has been Buffy the Vampire Slayer. None of the monsters/bad guys had creeped me out until this guy popped up on screen. Talk about creepy bastards!

January 24th: Finished Momentum - The fifth book I've read this year, Momentum by Saci Lloyd, is a YA Dystopia style fiction set in London.

January 25th: The Rainy Night - Talk about some hard rain this night, and a lot of it. It's meant to be Summer here, but it feels sometimes as if we're stuck in another season. We've had high temperatures, then lows, days of sun, and days of humid rainfall.

January 26th: Confidence Box - It's funny the extent a long term illness will screw with your head, and of course years of social isolation, taking someone's self-esteem down very, very low. I'm not socially isolated like I used to be and, apart from a low bout at the moment, am doing far better. That doesn't mean the fun extras that come with illness have been negated. So I'm creating a Confidence Box. You place several pieces of paper with confidence building phrases in a box and select one to read every day.

January 27th: Green Beans - They were sitting on the window sill in a bowl. I figured I might as well take a photo...

January 28th: The Wave by Morton Rhue - Another book read for the year and what an interesting read. It's a great example of a negative utopia, or at least laying the foundations for one.
